Don't let Covid-19 stop you and your children from seeing Santa Claus this year! We are organizing FREE virtual video calls, where Santa Claus will give your family a call to spread Holiday spirit!

This year, we've added a 1 hour session where kids can meet with Santa Claus in Arabic!

Meet & Greet

Various Times

Santa will be adding more times as the days go by, if you don't find a time suitable for you, come back later to see if more tickets were added! Please be mindful of the language you are selecting for your child as some time slots are dedicated to only English and some only French.

FREE VIDEO CALL INFO

Video calls will be approximately 5 minutes long. Calls will start at 10:00am and be held until 7:00pm.

Please do not book more than 1 call per family. If you would like to book more than 1 call for a specified reason, please e-mail us.

The calls will NOT be photographed or recorded by us, but you are allowed to take photos and videos of the Santa calls for memories!

Platform

Calls will be made over Zoom. You will receive a link by e-mail once you have booked your time slot. You do not need to make a Zoom account. You will only be accepted into the Zoom call at the exact time of your call in order to respect time slots.

Zoom is a free video platform. If you are unsure how to use Zoom, you can e-mail us and we will be happy to help you!.

You do not need to provide personal information other than your name and e-mail for a Santa call.

Tips For The Best Experience!

Be on time

Make sure you are ready a few minutes before your call so that Santa can provide you with the full experience. If you miss your call, we cannot re-schedule it.

quiet location

Make sure you are in a quiet location in order for Santa Claus to hear you! If you are using earphones, check that they work beforehand and have an extra pair ready if needed.

do a test

Test your devices video and audio beforehand to avoid any technical problems during the call! Running a test Zoom call if you have never used it before is recommended.

This is a completely free experience. We are putting this project together with Holiday spirit. If you are able, pay the spirit forward by donating to an organization on our Spread the Spirit list!
